If you are a new patient, print this New Patient Registration Form, complete it, and bring it to your first appointment.

You can also chooose to arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill out the forms in person.

Your first appointment will consist of a full health evaluation and an acupuncture treatment.

This first appointment would last 1 hour & 30 minutes at the rate of $110. Thereafter, acupuncture sessions are 1 hour at the rate of $80. Read more about discounted acupuncture rates.

To prepare for an acupuncture treatment, you should arrive without being too hungry or too full. Avoid alcohol before your sessions.
